Annual Reports. Full-scale Transparency.

Pursuant to Articles 4 and 5 of the EU Transparency Directive (2004/109/EG), every issuer whose securities are admitted to trading on an organised market in a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area must publish annual financial reports and semi-annual financial reports.
